Day 1. We make our way south to Pinjarra for our morning tea in the grounds of the historic Edenvale Homestead. Some free time to maybe visit the local op shops or arts and craft center. Travelling via South Western Highway you will travel via Waroona and onto Harvey where we will stop to give you an opportunity to have a look around and purchase some lunch. Our journey continues into the Fergusson Valley and onto the incredible Gnomesville to view the thousands of Gnomes in this unique bush setting, your welcome to bring a Gnome with you to join them in this happy place. Time now to make our way into the Collie River Valley and onto the impressive Wellington Dam to view the largest dam Muriel in the world before making our way into Collie and your accommodation for the night at the Collie Ridge Motel. Dinner at 6.30pm
Day 2. Breakfast will be from 7.00am. Our coach will depart the resort at 8.30am. This morning we will visit one of Collie’s landmark buildings the historic All Saints Anglican Church. We will be given a guided tour and view the impressive murals. You will be captivated by the image painted on a large mural in the Sanctuary, which took eight months to paint back in 1922. We now make our way to the Coalfields Museum where you will learn about the diverse history of Collie. Next will be the Replica Underground Coalmine and the Collie Visitors Centre where you can get maps and souvenirs before giving you some free time to check out the town area and some of the best Murals and get yourself a bite to eat for lunch from one of the many spots in town. Time now to slowly make our way back home with a stop along the way.
